(1) Just don't keep chocolate in the house
(2) Exersise early in the day, then its done
(3) Keep Fruit and veg in easy access so you eat it, over shity food
(4) Have time each week to date yourself
(5) Don't spend tiem with people who don't belive in you and really its only becaue they don't belive in themselves - so they projecte that on to you as well.
